What costs are involved in the collaboration?
As an Amazon PPC agency, we offer two different billing models:
Graduated prices, which are based on your monthly advertising costs
Commission-based remuneration, depending on the turnover generated by advertising
For more detailed information and an initial price estimate, we recommend that you arrange a non-binding initial appointment with us.
What contract terms apply to our contracts?
As a rule, our contract terms are 3 months, with a notice period of 60 days. This time frame gives you enough leeway to test our services extensively and achieve initial positive results. Our longer-term contracts encourage extensive collaboration and help you to achieve long-term goals and continuously benefit from our Amazon Seller & Vendor services.
Are there references from previous or current customers?
Yes, we have numerous references and case studies from previous clients, which you can find under the “Success stories” menu item on our website. These success stories offer you an insight into the services we have provided for various clients and present concrete results that we have achieved. The reports serve to give you an idea of how we operate as an Amazon agency and what successes we are able to achieve. You can see how we have implemented marketing goals, increased conversion rates, reduced costs and increased sales. If you have any questions or need additional references, please do not hesitate to contact us.
As an Amazon agency, how do you go about meeting your customers' objectives?
Each of our customers is assigned a dedicated contact person who will be at your side throughout the entire collaboration. Your contact person is very familiar with your company and your goals and guarantees that your concerns and requirements are taken into account in the regular calls. This individual advice and support enables us to develop a strategy tailored to your specific goals.
Who will look after me during the collaboration?
Each of our customers is assigned an account manager who has years of experience in supporting sellers and vendors. The account manager is your central point of contact for the implementation and discussion of the next steps. In addition to the account manager, we also have a dedicated Amazon Ads Manager who is responsible for the execution and optimization of the advertising campaigns.
How does communication take place?
We are in contact with our customers via email and Google Hangout. We set fixed and regular appointments with each customer (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) at which we discuss current sales performance and the next steps and optimizations.
How does Amazon Ads reporting work?
In addition to Sellerboard, we also use an automated Looker Studio dashboard for your Amazon reporting, which you receive from us on a regular basis.
Do you use Amazon PPC software?
As an independent Amazon PPC agency, we currently work with three different solutions – depending on the needs and preferences of our customers. We would be happy to advise you on which solution is best suited to your requirements.
Are you a pure Amazon PPC agency?
We are not just an Amazon PPC agency, but also offer a wide range of services for your Amazon success. From product creation and the creation of product images to internationalization, we support many of our customers as an experienced Amazon full-service agency.
What are the next steps if I want to work with you?
1. free initial consultation
The first step after contacting us is to arrange a consultation, which can be conducted either by phone or video call. In this initial meeting, we get to know each other and discuss your current situation. I (Tobias) will also introduce you to our services and experience as an Amazon agency. Of course, I will also answer questions about selling on Amazon, optimization options and Amazon Advertising.
2. Amazon PPC Audit
After the initial consultation, we usually carry out an initial Amazon PPC audit to determine the current situation of the Ads account. Here we identify optimization strategies and define an action plan for the next steps to achieve the desired marketing goals.
3. presentation of the Amazon strategy
Once we have created an Amazon strategy, we present it next and discuss any questions that arise in a personal meeting. Only if both sides agree with the strategy do we discuss the conditions and the course of a possible collaboration in the next step.
4. implementation of the Amazon strategy
Just a few days after you have agreed to the Amazon strategy, we implement the strategy in your Amazon account. We ensure that the Amazon advertising campaigns are clearly structured. This also includes compliance with the Amazon style guides and detailed keyword research.
5. reporting, regular exchange & ongoing support
In addition to account management, we create monthly reports with the AdsMasters software and arrange regular update calls to discuss the current situation, advise you and carry out possible optimizations. Because only if both sides are informed can there be a successful and long-term collaboration.
6. reporting & regular exchange
In addition to the campaign support, we create monthly reports and arrange monthly update calls to discuss the current situation and adjust the campaign strategy. Because only if both sides are informed can there be a successful and long-term collaboration.

Amazon PPC Agency - Frequently asked questions
When Is It Worth Working with an Amazon PPC Agency?
Should every Amazon seller or vendor work with a PPC agency? Absolutely not! In most cases, partnering with an Amazon PPC agency only makes sense for about 10–20% of active sellers and vendors.
What Do We Look for Before Working with a Client as an Amazon PPC Agency?
Before entering into any collaboration, we evaluate the feasibility of success and the client’s goals. Our first step is always to assess whether we can truly help the potential client. Quite often, the honest answer is „no.“ We only work with clients where we are confident that our efforts will have a measurable and significant impact.
We also strictly avoid conflicts of interest by never working with two clients selling identical product portfolios. If a request involves products already managed by an existing client, we must decline the inquiry to maintain fairness and exclusivity.
PPC performance is just one lever among many when it comes to Amazon success. That’s why we also regularly support our clients on topics like logistics, product selection, listing optimization, and international expansion.
How Much Does an Amazon PPC Agency Cost?
The cost depends entirely on the client’s individual needs. Factors such as company size, goals, product volume, and competitive environment all play a role. That’s why we don’t offer flat-rate pricing or packages without first having a consultation. Every client receives a custom proposal based on their unique situation.
What Tasks Does an Amazon PPC Agency Handle?
We manage the setup, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Amazon. Our goal is to promote our clients‘ products as effectively and efficiently as possible. Since every client has different goals, we take a tailored approach to ensure their PPC campaigns achieve the desired outcomes.
Since advertising is only one piece of the puzzle, we also advise on Amazon SEO and listing optimization to ensure holistic success.
What Is Amazon PPC?
Amazon PPC (Pay-per-Click) refers to ad formats managed by Amazon where advertisers pay per click. These ads primarily appear on the Amazon platform. An alternative is Amazon DSP (Demand Side Platform), which uses CPM (cost per thousand impressions) billing.
There are currently three types of Amazon PPC campaigns available to both Seller Central and Vendor accounts:
Amazon PPC Campaign Types
1. Sponsored Product Campaigns
These are the most commonly used and highest-performing ad type on Amazon. Sponsored Product campaigns typically account for 50–80% of total ad spend and revenue due to their prominent placement on the platform.
There are two versions:
-
Automatic campaigns: Advertisers set the products, daily budget, and max CPC. Amazon handles targeting.
-
Manual campaigns: Advertisers define specific placements, bids, and keywords. These offer greater control and optimization options.
Best Practice: Structure campaigns based on keyword type—generic terms, branded terms, and competitor terms—to simplify performance analysis.
2. Sponsored Brand Campaigns
These focus on brand awareness and promoting the entire product range. Available only to vendors and brand-registered sellers. All Sponsored Brand campaigns are manually controlled.
Campaign types include:
-
Product Collection Ads: Feature brand logo, headline, and three products linking to detail pages or brand store.
-
Store Spotlight Ads: Highlight three brand store categories, always linking to the store.
-
Video Ads: Appear after the top organic results (4th desktop, 2nd mobile) and feature a product video linking to the detail page.
These campaigns can be targeted by keyword or product page and don’t require Buy Box ownership—unlike Sponsored Product campaigns.
3. Sponsored Display Campaigns
These are display-style ads showing either a product image, image with logo/headline, or a lifestyle shot. A registered brand is required, but Buy Box ownership is not.
Sponsored Display offers:
-
Product targeting
-
Audience targeting (e.g., retargeting visitors who didn’t purchase)
Optimization options:
-
Viewable impressions (CPM)
-
Page visits (CPC)
-
Conversions (CPC)
Best Practice: Optimize for conversions. These campaigns typically make up about 10% of ad spend. Audience and buyer retargeting are especially useful for complex or consumable products.
What Brand Goals Can Be Achieved with Amazon PPC?
Amazon PPC helps showcase your products to high-intent shoppers. Think of it like securing premium shelf space in a retail store—it’s all about visibility.
Marketing goals PPC can support:
-
Reaching new customer segments
-
Increasing market share
-
Launching new products
-
Driving inventory sell-through
-
Boosting organic rankings
As you can see, PPC is more than just optimizing for ROAS. It’s a strategic tool that should align with your broader marketing goals. As your PPC agency, we help you get the most out of it.
