In his role, Rocco is responsible for customer and seller satisfaction, innovation and AI initiatives, infrastructure expansion, various sustainability projects, and the company’s external communications.
Rocco himself does not offer services for sellers or vendors, but he is an important industry figure worth knowing. From time to time, he attends major business events across the region or appears in documentaries and panel discussions – meaning you might occasionally “run into” him while getting around in the Amazon and eCommerce bubble.
